Up until they brought us Regional Water. I felt like I had a hangover every morning. Turned out that it was from how much H2S I was getting dosed with when I took my morning shower.

Back in my not quite constant drinking days, I would finish the night/morning off with a chocolate malted shake. It worked for me in preventing hangovers. If I did have a hangover and an upset stomach, a Jiffy's Hamdinger would cure it immediately.
