Unfortunately the property here is up to 50k per acre!!!! and sometimes higher!!! I kick myself everyday for not buying more before!!!!

I essentially stole the 5 acres next to me for $7,500 total. I would not sell it for that price. I would not have sold it for that price the day I bought it. One reason I got such a good deal was the owner wanted to spite the neighbor to the south of her.
