Trying to build an indoor bird room and incubation/grow out in the shed but it’s not complete yet!!!! We do have the walk in cooler and extra side by side fridge and chest deep freezer in there already though!!!!! The walk-in holds 2 kegs and up to 5 deer!!!!!

I need a walk-in!

No HOA for us. Raised Beds Gardening in the front yard using Stock Tanks! Pic taken in the spring after initial planting, garden is stupid big now!

Pistol and Rifle Range about 300 yards out the backdoor! Safety First!

Fire Pit for those deep discussions and howling at the moon if one so desires!

Coop & Run is a work in process!

There are cool plans for an 8x8 on you tube that looking back I wish we’d used but we attempted to “save $$$$” but the a/c with coolbot is keeping it at 36* average with the heat!!!!!

I can’t imagine why we use 4+x the electricity of the average household here!!!!

Maybe look into Off-Grid Solar and Battery Banks? Supplement with a LP Gas Genny to charge your batteries during the winter months. You might not save much money but in case some crap takes the grid out for a while you should be good to go.

We don’t have HOA.....city annnexed us in 2010 ish and then started enforcing codes that are only “by complaint” only!!!!
