This is how I deal with bad neighbors. Buy the property, sell the POS trailer that was on it to pay for the property. What’s left is the cement footing which will be future gardens. The next time my brother comes up with an excavator I’ll scoop out the clay and put in black dirt. I think that’s 9 walk around gardens I can plant.
