sorry i’m a little out of it.....today was much worse Monday than usual.....about the time we started to see first patient today Mr Muddy had an “episode” I took his BP and it was off the charts I managed to get him to see a doctorin town who is one of my patients this afternoon and after a dose of procardia and a nitro tab, he was able to let me bring him home at 180/110. I’ve already given him 81mg aspirin and his first dose of his prescription.

Oh no!! Fingers crossed his bp is back within reasonable range quickly and he feels better soon.
