Kiki's White Trash and or Nerdy Birthday Bash Funeral

Wow! I'm so grateful to be in SD. Life is just 🤷‍♀️ normal here. A lot of people wearing masks, but otherwise you'd never know aside from all the medical businesses being mostly abandoned.

I went to get levels for my thyroid meds drawn and there were maybe five people in the whole waiting area aside from the desk workers. DH got in and out of the cancer center (labs) in maybe ten minutes. Usually it takes an hour or more.

Schools are supposed to start in person, on time, aside from kids whose parents want them to stay home. They'll have an internet feed available for them when/if parents want/need it.

Lots of peeps working from home will probably keep doing that regardless. They like it (my daughter loves it) and so do the employers in jobs where that works out okay.

So... there are some changes but a lot of them are good changes. We're worried about the rest of the country, though. :hugs :hugs :hugs We want you all to pull through and regain freedom. I feel guilty that we don't even have a struggle when in so many places life has become very, very hard. Love you all.
So what's going on with the rally?
Party as usual or ?

...

Those weird rat thingies?
Squish 'em. They have the dark, beady eyes of rats, I tell ya... and I don't like rats....
I'll bet that the hens would love to fight over one's cadaver. They like mice, why not something a bit bigger?
Well, I'm violent tonight, apparently.
I totally knew your feeling! (violent)

I'm not sure... the original name was "Chocolate Wacky Cake," and I'm guessing that it has to do with the fact that the cake doesn't contain any eggs or butter.
Maybe.
Tasty, though, as well as easy, and an automatic go-to cake in our house.
Another name this cake goes by is "Depression Cake". This is my go-to chocolate cake as well.
