Beautiful! Just beautiful. And I remember having wacky cake when I was a kid.
(I hope I got everybody correct...tired here from too much adulting)
I am SO sorry! We lost a 9-yr-old TB/Hanoverian cross to the same thing, way back when. Lowdee was my sister's dressage prospect. She was gorgeous, talented and right in her prime when she twisted her gut before we could get her back on her feet. By the time the vet got to us - and he was quick - it was even too late for surgery ... not that it would have been an option. I'm so sorry about your beautiful girl. It's hard to lose them, but even harder to watch them suffer. Hugs to you and yours ... BIG ones! Thanks. Every horse owners nightmare happened, severe colic that required surgery, and at +$15k, that's not an option for us, so we had her euthanized.
That's great news, can't wait!thanks for checking in everyone!! he’s still a bit “yucky” feeling but BP has come down a bit and he did come to the office with me so overall pretty good. i’m hoping to keep him comfy as possible so he will be all better by karaoke saturday!!
