I believe the shower in the toilet is called a bidet. If you run the water hose in through the window (if you have indoor plumbing), you too, can have a butt sprayer like the fancy french.

My concern is that cold water hitting. How do you get anything clean when puckered?

Theyre actually not that uncommon in campers or at least not around here. It was someone brilliant space saver idea.
And just how would it be nasty? I mean its in a shower. Most even have a sprayer hose attached low just for cleaning the toilet.
The real problem is taking a shower without continuously bumping into it or tripping over it.

But if you want to talk nasty I once seen an incinerator toilet in an RV. It was hooked to propane. After use you shut the lid and hit an igniter. It then burned everything. Never used it but the smell must of been pleasant. And seemed like a dangerous idea. What if you accidentity hit the switch while seating on it? Ouchie

I don’t know, it just seems so odd to me! Space saving for sure but like you said, you’d trip over it! In an already small shower. Or if someone didn’t clean it regularly. but it would make a nice shower seat

And ew that’s disgusting! Lol although personally I think those composting toilets are worse

Yeah basically! A Waldorf usually has turkey, mayo, celery, apple, nuts, and dried cranberry I think? And since quail tastes like concentrated turkey it works well.
