Sorry....late dinner but mr muddy outdid himself tonight!!!! Smoked quail poppers with cheesy tater casserole and green beans!!!!! I’m tearing up a bit though cuz all my poppers were HOT!

Speaking of qualies...new poll suggestion! Will Kelsey ever try quail meat?

definitely!!! but mr muddy is the real chef behind them i did do the green beans to his specifications.....tsp bacon grease and salt and pepper in a can of glory!!! and i hatched and raised the delicious quail!!!
