Let me tell you something...You need a birth certificate to renew your driver's license.


Never in my entire life have I needed my birth certificate to renew my driver's license until this year.

I'm still pretty pissed off about this.
I'm pissed that they didn't warn me.

Here you need two pieces of official mail (bills, bank statements, etc.) addressed to your name at your residence. All our important mail goes to the post office & bills to DH, so... kind of a big deal. They won't take a birth certificate or passport & I had only one letter from the doc's office . But I discovered as a last-ditch attempt to get a duplicate of my lost DL, that they will take an enhanced carry card.

I said the same thing for years but I finally did it this year and so can you!!! I just processed 9 quail last week and back this spring I put down 2 sick chickens. Didn’t process them but was my first time killing anything. Quail was first time killing anything healthy. You can do it!!! My birds are mostly all pets and I still did it! Of course with the quail I knew I would have to kill some of the boys eventually and my parents had a harder time with it than I did but still.

Not much point though if you don’t eat them
