Ok, my BYC yogis. Imma have to take a pass tonight. I'll get my yoga pants on, but, I tell you what, I am exhausted.

1. Today was our high school's drive thru graduation. I was there all morning - from about 7am to 1pm. I am soooo sunburnt even though I put on sunblock 2x!!!

2. Then I marched over to our school's "farm" to rescue a couple of hens who were part of an abandoned FFA project (I'm so angry! Don't get me started...)

3. I brought them home and spent the last 6 hours getting them situated.

I. Can't. Yoga.

Disappointed. I was looking forward to humiliating myself.

Just do the mountain pose!!! Haha

Tried an advanced cobra... that's a good stretch, right there, that is.

Full cobra gives a nice abdominal stretch that feels really good

Hahahaha I’m dead!!!!

Two of my little quailies today were tumbling around and doing backflips and gymnastics tumbles after hatching and it was hilarious and adorable and I died laughing they eventually found their feet lol
