This is not tailored to you. Sew what if you get frazzles?

Good, but Spider Robinson.

@Sapphire Sebright May I suggest Callahan's Crosstime Saloon? I think you will enjoy the nightly pun tests. A very good read. Only read it on the fainting couch, though. The subject matter swings wide.
Spider Robinson is good, but I still vote for Terry Pratchett. Robert Lynn Asprin has done some good stuff too, but he's also written some complete drek. I loved the first few Myth Adventures books, especially if you can get one with Phil Foglio's illustrations.

I'm starting to feel the need for a good book reading session. Thinking about rereading Heinlein.

Please suggest a book by Asprin. This one is new to me. Should I start at Myth Adventures? Will see what the library has.

The first book in the series is "Another Fine Myth". Like I said, the first 3 are great, and they start dropping in quality after that. They're still fun, but not on the same level as the first 3. Phule's Company is another series of his that, while fun, isn't as good as Myth Adventures.
