Same. My hair is down past my waist and it's thicker than Trisha Paytas's left thigh. I live in a bun. But then have to take it down because headaches.

Mines only like just past my shoulders (though it goes to my boobs when wet and straight lol) brut super tight curls so that’d be a nightmare. I can only brush it when wet. Mine used to be super thick but I’ve been shedding like crazy for years mine is fine in a bun as long as I make it a pretty loose one or have it like low in the back or whatever. If I try to do one of those super tight ones or super high it will cause headaches.
