Has anyone watched it? I've just seen bits/piecss but explains how buthering down, animals raised & making young adults get involved. Hands on approach. Every HS should have that in biology.
I've seen bits, but now that you mention it, I'm looking into to watching more.
The only thing I don't like is that they go on a nice quaint little British Farm, which sure, is how things should be done. . . . But most food these days are on factory farms. WAY different. For one, most of our beef are done under Kosher and Halal contracts. . . Theirs are done with a bolt-gun.
I toured a Kosher slaughterhouse back in the early 60's as part of an ag class. That was an eye opener even to a country boy. We've come a long ways in humane treatment of livestock.
