Killer ducks going down - Help NEEDED

I was attacked today by a drake that I thought I had changed. he bit my elbow, hard. it still hurts, and I stunned him without an intent to hurt him, just self defense.
I need help on how to process, pluck, get all the feathers off, gut and how to process.
