I have been looking for a knife for 'braining' turkeys. What sort of knife should I be looking for? I haven't found anything called a 'braining knife' or 'debraining knife' on the internet. If you know of a vendor that I could purchase from that would also be helpful.

you probably didnt notice--but this thread is over 4 years old! youd have better luck most likley posting your question by starting a new thread....

i am not certain what you mean by "braining" btw, either...
