Kinda silly but I'm a worry warrior

So my female (mallard) recently has been eating more grass than feed like 80% grass and 20% feed (Scratch and laying crumble) All in all she is healthy. If anything helps she is about to be 9 month's lays a few eggs every so weeks and doesn't seem stressed or anything
 
That's what duck eat naturally isn't it? I'd think she'd be fine.
So far the internet said that wild mallards eat mainly grass/weeds and worms/small insects and animals but is my Male (pekin) won't eat much either unless she eats :idunno

Probably eating way more insects and bugs than you realize.

Black poop is a good indicator of bugs and worms and slugs.
