Picture of one of our last kids. Jasper Noelle. It was in a dark stall so the flash kind of washed out the colors, but you get the basics of them. He is soooooo cute!

He has belly bands, grizzling, splashes, and both brown and white facial stripes. He is white, black, grey, brown, and red. He has two brown feet, and two white! Mom was black, dad was Kody. Kody has some crazy genes in there! Can't wait to see what all his other babies come out like.

Tinkerbelle. Ones of Goatie and Wilburs last year does. She has lots of casmere! And the cutest shape! In this picture the angle looks a little funny though.

Sorry for all the glowing eyes, flash is a killer.

Sammie Girl. The one who is due to pop anytime! She has white grizzling all over her flanks and shoulder/neck, but it's washed out. She also has a belly band on the other side. Her ears are hilariously long too. Look at this kid picture!

They are nearly 3 times the length of her head.

I stayed up all night in the 15 degree weather. I felt for sure Sammie was going to blow. She was offering all the classic signs. I froze nearly to death. And still no kid. She isn't acting like tonight is the night either. But my barn cam arrived in the mail today, so no more sleeping out in the barn for me. How exciting. I can watch her anytime I want on TV. I am so pleased.

She had a gooy plug yesterday. Not today anymore. It's getting close. Anyday now. She looks like she is about to pop.

Could be the fact she has been eating hay for about 7 hours straight though.

Sammie Kidded early this morning sometime. My father woke me up and said there was a dead kid out in the barn, and so much for my expensive barn camera.

I ran outside, and there was a beautiful dark brown kid there. She wasn't dead at all. She was a little cold, but dry, her belly was full, and she was all curled up to mom. The only trouble I see is she is breathing kind of hard and rapid. She probably sucked up some goo and will have to get a shot to keep away lung infection.

I made her nurse, and I scooped her up to take her inside to warm up, and to work on her cord. And when I bent down, I seen something that looked like an ear. What? Yup, sure enough there was another baby behind mommy. I was so happy. I had to say I was a little disappointed when I only saw one. But this new baby was even cuter than the first.

She is a lot lighter in color. And I didn't get to really look, but she seems to have white splashes or something on her.

They both have those hilarious long ears like their mommy.

And yes they are both girls! Hurray! I have been so lucky with that. With the years total at

2 sets of twin girls
1 set of twins

So 5 girls to 1 boy! I just hope all my other does don't give me triplets of boys now. haha

Haha sammie might fly. I've been watching her on barn cam and so far haven't seen her take off.

I got the little baby on the left in my lap right now. She is so cold poor thing. She is having a little trouble now too. She keeps falling over and sleeping on her side. She is nursing, and she was walking around easily earlier so I don't know. I will probably be keeping her, for more kids next year.

The other will be for sale.

The baby sure have long ears too. It's so funny.

Probably naming one baby 'Kodak Moment' because daddy is Kodiac. Need another name for the other. Any sugestions?
