Not sure what season it is where yous are. But I just killed a big King Brown Venomous snake on my front verandah tonight. It's the start of Dry season up here in Darwin Northern Territory Australia. Also when snakes start coming out.

You're kidding right? California has like 5 or 6 different species of rattlesnakes.
