Yes! My roo who has been attempting to take over the flock for over two years is getting his butt whooped by-THIS!!!
My Tosca is a sweet little pullet, just under a year old. (Cae is a year older, with much more leading experience.) She can get grumpy but I didn't expect her to take it out on our dominant wanna-be.
Cae-ster called his girls over because of some juicy veggies he found-lady's man that he is-and Tosca came over to investigate. (And Cae beat our other boy up to a bloody pulp last year. Only the big hens would mess with him, in all reality.)
She gave him the once-over and WHAM! Wings flapping, spurs flying (she's a spurred hen), hackles up, and a whole bunch of growls! And he just stood there and took it! No going at her!
Tossie is a bantam! Just a tiny thing!
Apparently Tosca knows where the monarchy is going.
Who will prevail?
This?
Or this?
