King Quail vomited?!

So I was going to clean out my (king/button) quails enclosure and I was taking out my female and she was really struggling in my hand and started vomiting! She’s never done this before and I don’t think she looks sick, she’s even laid today. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice?

I haven't had this happen to me, but I I've heard of it happening before.

She seems fine. She’s dust bathing and when I put her back in she sort of struggled (but that‘s usual) and nothing came out.

She may have just eaten or drank something. Its happened to me before and thats what it was. But of course keep an eye out, just in case.
