The elf ran into her room.

Her room was quiet and empty.

Eliza breathed deeply, relieved that she had gotten away. (Now what? XD )

(Haha I can keep stories go on for a long time.)

Tariel rudely barged in, out of breath. "D-did he s-see you?" he slowly asked. Afterwards, he slammed the door shut. It resulted in a dent upon the wall and a few cracks.

Eliza jumped and screamed as he entered abruptly. "N-no," she stammered, realizing it was him.  (Brb)

"Good!" he shouted, still out of breath. He pulled up a nearby chair, made himself comfortable, and then reached into his pants.

Eliza watched him. Her eyes shimmered in the light.
He pulled out the crumbled up parchment and started to read it carefully. Some parts were torn.
She stood, and sat down next to him, looking at the letter.
Some of the parchment was hard to comprehend since the main parts were torn away. From what they read, they learned the meeting is about the defense of the world and a great evil is coming.

"This is interesting," Tariel slowly said, looking at Eliza.
As she read the letter, Eliza began to feel a little afraid. She looked up, and her eyes met his. "Why wouldn't they tell us about something like this?" she asked softly.
"Maybe they didn't want the public to worry."

"I agree," Tariel said, glaring at the wall. "What's the deal?" He crumbled up the parchment again--only this time--and threw it on the ground. His face started to turn red.

He studied her appearance for quite some time. "Well, we get you a whole new outfit and fix your hair."

"N-no I wouldn't want t-to put you through the t-trouble, " She said shaking her head.

Solviss took another sip from his ale before replying, "It's no trouble at all, Winter."

Recognizing her behavior, Tariel quickly got up and held her gently. "Are you okay?" he asked. His voice sounded worrisome.

"Fine. Just hungry," she told him. Eliza smiled faintly.
