He graciously took it and ran for the gatekeeper, who stood on the right side of the doors. Conroy slowly crept to him and asked to see if the gem was worth enough to get through.
The gatekeeper nodded, took the gem, and ordered other guards on the other side to open the gate. Momentarily, it did.
Conroy scanned for Aspen and said, "Shall we?"
He graciously took it and ran for the gatekeeper, who stood on the right side of the doors. Conroy slowly crept to him and asked to see if the gem was worth enough to get through.
The gatekeeper nodded, took the gem, and ordered other guards on the other side to open the gate. Momentarily, it did.
Conroy scanned for Aspen and said, "Shall we?"
Aspen spotted and slowly let Conroy gain her trust. She walked up to him, gently. "Yes I am. " she nodded and decided to lead the way.
Hasis spiked his head up, "What? Where?" He whispered the last part.
"I assumed he already talked to you," she responded, tilting her head.
"I'm talking about his return..."
"Oh," Abbet simply said. "That I don't know."
"Ya anyways how's your leg treating you? "
Abbet rubbed her legs. "Much better now that the pain is almost gone," she happily replied.
Hasis spiked his head up, "What? Where?" He whispered the last part.
"I assumed he already talked to you," she responded, tilting her head.
"I'm talking about his return..."
"Oh," Abbet simply said. "That I don't know."
