Footsteps was heard moving up the tunnel.
Aspen chucked the boulder their way.
Because the tunnel was somewhat slanted at a twenty degree angel, the boulder rolled back towards Aspen, but stopped. Luckily, the lantern on the ground caused friction upon the boulder's path.
The guards ventured deeper to where Aspen wasn't far. However, the boulder was big enough to fool them into thinking they hit a dead-end; therefore, the guards started to head back for the enterance.
