anas face went white and she jumped out of the tree. she looked around trying to find away out. she looked at the path and it looked menacing.it was dark and lead deeper into the forest. her hair was completely out of the way and blowing in the wind, so you could tell she was an elf.

Before she managed to leave the tree side, the boy shouted, "Wait, where are you going?" He hopped and swung off the branches and landed firmly on the ground, only a few feet from Venus.

"away from here." she said looking at the path again." i don't want to be here, when your friends arrive." she said taking a step in the direction of the forest.

"Friends?" he chuckled. "I have no friends." The boy leaped and swung off the branches and landed his feet firmly on the ground, only a few feet from Venus. "Do you really think people would want to be my friends?"
 
"friends, what ever. i don't care. i just don't want to be killed, thats all. you know i value my life." she said putting her hands up to him. she started to back away slowly as if he were a ticking time bomb about to explode."i may be an elf, but that doesn't mean i am welcome. i was raised under humans and lived with humans. i have brought shame to my people, and i don't want to find out what happens next."

The boy glanced in the direction where she headed. "And what do you suspect to find in there? That leads to K'val."
