William sat down beside the den he chose to use as a shelter. He then gripped his feet and gently pulled off his boots. His feet was torn up pretty bad with lacerations and old bruises. William placed his boots on the side and kept his feet above from touching the ground. Eventually, she looked up at Venus and answered with a deep breath, "These dens belong to a very big monster unknown to the area."

Sean kept enjoying the short swim. "We just came here recently from the Varota Ocean," he answered.

Her eyes widened at the sight of his feet. "What happened? You need to get them cleaned" she said, already taking the half empty flask of water from her satchel to clean the wounds.

William squealed and yelped by the pain from the water pouring on his wounds. Once the pain slowed, he answered slowly, "I ran through thorns a couple days ago."

"One simple word," he smiled greatly. "Beautiful."

Urn tipped his head and strolled off the other direction.

Kilo noticed them, "what?" He complained.

Nightshade waved goodbye and headed to the Capitol.

Orki broadly looked at him. "No, that town belongs to K'val," he answered, confidently. "The elves have owned for who knows how long."

"Why are you so interested?" Grun asked quietly from behind everyone else.

The main gates were straight ahead. Though they were shut tight and guarded.

"I'm as much interested as you are in my variety of portions." Kilo smirked, flipping to meet their faces.

Nightshade stalked up to the gates. Katana was right next to her hip.

"I'm talking about who owns the town," he replied. "Why are you interested?"

The guards quickly shifted into another position, showing fear as they stared at Katana. One of them pointed his spear at her.

"What's your business here?" said the more calm one. "Hmm because I have a curious thing with new things and places." KIlo explained.

Nightshade smirked at their terrified reactions. "Oh I promise you she won't bite. Just visiting too."
Orki finally nodded and concented to his answer. The others proceeded to gaze.

"Very well," the calm one said. "Where are you from?" His spear rested to his side.
Kilo prepared to leave. He gathered his things.

"An island." Nightshade replied.
"Going so soon?" Grun asked, sitting next to Dim.
Orki witnessed Kilo's actions and immediately expressed, "Oh, are you feeling better?"
"You shouldn't rush yourself, Kilo," Thorin said, calmly. He stretched his arms above his head and let out a long sigh. "If you need to stay here, you can."
Grogan nodded, smiling.

Both guards relaxed a bit.
"You may enter," he said, moving out of her way. Now both were on each side.
"Nah I'm good, it was just a smack in the head." Kiko snickered, processing to leave. "Why would you want me to stay?"

Nightshade smirked as they granted her access. She walked inside the entrance, scavenging for a bar.
"Because we don't get much human visitors in our kingdom," Orki replied, and looked desperate. As well as the others. They just watched and waited for a response.

The capital was mighty looking. A tavern wasn't too far from the entrance. In fact, one was only several yards away from Nightshade.
Kilo cracked his knuckles and blinked twice. "Well why don't you have tours? As in go down the slope and invite humans in? Has any wolves appeared here?"

Nightshade decided to tramper there.

Katana kept glued to Nightshade's side. She acted like a house cat, so she didn't cause any disturbances.

"Hold still" she said and washed away the blood and grim, her fingers quick and light as a feather.

Coralie's eyes brightened and she imagined endless shimmering blue and green waves meeting a cloudless blue sky. She always wanted to go. To be free from this small lake that cut her off from the rest of the world. But she couldn't. Leaving this lake would be like leaving her family here alone. She knew they were long dead but just couldn't bring herself to leave.

Orki immediately asked, "What about wolves? Why are you asking about wolves all of a sudden?" He was confused about why Kilo brought up a subject about wolves.

William was stunned by her performance. "Wow, you have the skills of a healer," he mentioned.

If only you were royal or from noble blood, Solviss thought. He really fond this woman because she showed more compassion for him than anyone did his whole life. Because he was a prince, the laws wouldn't allow them to court--not even his father.
