Cursing , she ran the other way, away from the guards. She was outnumbered and would never be able to fight off all of them so she did the only thing she could. She ran. The only thing she seemed to ever do.

Because they all wore heavy armor, Venus easily outran them. Eventally, they gave up when she ran out of the town limits.

Venus slowed when she noticed the guards had stopped chasing her. She needed to get a horse from somewhere. She looked around the area to see if there where any other towns nearby.
