He quickly equipped another dagger and slit the ropes binding Winter and Tithae. "Quick!" Solviss ordered. "Get on the horse and ride out of here!" After he noticed the guards coming closer, he yelled, "Go!"
Tithae slipped his head out of the noose and went over to help Winter since she was barely mobile due to the dagger in his lower leg.

Winter slipped the noose off she was standing with her uninjured leg supporting most of her body weight. She was shaking whem Tithae reached her.

"Are you alright?" Tithae whispered, slowly.

"I don't make the rules either but I don't go by what I don't believe in. Now I need money too so unless you don't want to help me any more, you will take seven coins and the spear," she was also growing impatient with the boy but needed the money.

Sean rested himself on the cave floor, holding a rock nearby to keep him from slowly surfacing. "This belonged to me for I can't remember how long," he stated.

Winter pulled herself up onto the horse then reached out her hand to help him up.

Right before Tithae managed to pull himself up, the horse bolted out of the area and headed out of town. In the process, Tithae lost control and his body fell backward out of the saddle and landed on the rocky and dusty road. His body lied motionless, and then momentarily, guards tackled him down and strapped manacles back on his wrists.

Quickly, the man bolted for the stables, leaving Venus by the dead guard.

"Okay," he said, smiling. "I just barely found it like a week ago." Sean laughed, being very silly.
