Once it was done it popped it in his mouth and went into the bathroom to wash his face.

The girl came back up the elevator a while later, steamed she could not find Leo. When she was reaching back to put her pocket knife away she stopped and noticed him in the bathroom, drawing it back out again. Kiku came up behind him silently and stabbed into his back in a brutal fashion, the blood dripping down to the tile floor. She let the knife handle stick from his back and had the boy sputter and wheeze in agony before punching the back of his head. He fell limp across the counter, knocked out cold. Kiku drew the knife from his back and frowned. She really hoped she hadn't killed him.

(Don't worry, he won't die...He'll just be in a LOT of pain. And let me know if you didn't want me to knock him out...I just had to do it so the fight wouldn't go on forever and ever.)
