It is hard to say when your other hens will begin laying eggs. If they've recently been purchased, stress may delay laying for a few weeks. Age also plays a factor. Most young pullets begin laying at 18-24 weeks, and continue laying for several months. Older hens may be molting or simply reaching the end of their laying life.
