Kitsap County Wa and Blaine Couty, Id Chicken Ordinances

Hi,

We live in Portland Oregon and are considering a move to one of these two counties.

Kitsap County Wa , an island community or Blaine County Id.. specifically Bellevue , Id.

Does anybody know what the backyard chicken ordinances are in either of these places?

I have searched and searched and am still confused...

Any help would be appreciated!

We have 4 laying hens that will move with us.
