Kitten chasing hens

Having trouble with our new kitten terrorising our hens :-( The hens always fought back with other cats but this one is pretty feisty and they're terrified of it which just makes him chase them even more! Any ideas??

How big is the kitten? You might try squirting it with a spray bottle when it goes after the hens. Is it an outdoor only kitty?

I will give the spray bottle a go, thank you! He's 5 months old and goes in and outdoors.

He may be the wrong cat for your place, and best be rehomed. Does he have other interests, playmates, and toys? This may not turn out well for your chickens.
