Well we are down to one only...but he is thriving. I still dont know why the others have died....been racking my brain about it. When I found the last dead kitten this morning it really wasnt cold. The water bottles were still warm so IDK. Maybe just a bad litter.

I've adopted and raised several feral kittens. The first time I had one die, the vet told me that if they get a lung infection started, they can go quickly, and that's apparently what had happened to mine. I had two from that rescue; one lived and the other one didn't last a day. The kittens from a feral cat may not be the healthiest to start with, depending on the mom's nutritional status. Ya just never know. Sometimes the best you can do just isn't enough, but at least you've tried, and bless you for that. Hope the last one makes it.

i have no doubts right now that the last one will make it. He has his eyes opening...is a vigorous eater and is trying to crawl around.
