Welcome. I agree with @Debbie292d. Go big with coop and runs. Not only because you will probably add, but also because chickens having space solves so many issues - boredom, pecking, bullying, diseases, etc...

Figured I would add a couple each year or 2 to cover aging out, losses etc. Sux, but happens. They will also be free ranging in my yard.
