Knew birds...............need help.............

Ok i got two knew buff orpington hens but how do i know there hens one of them have a kinda big doodle thing..........so how do you tell the male from the female..........................And this might help there color is kinda of like a light orange............

Oh yeah...what the heck is a "doodle thing?" A comb is on top of their head. The wattles are what hang from under their beak.
