So we just finished 10 days of oral antibiotics and her foot still seems to have infection in it. It looks like we may have to do another surgery. And now to top it off she has contracted a severe eye infection in one eye and a mild one in the other eye. She is making it worse by continually scratching. We started Veterycin but I'm very worried about her. I don't want to lose her but things aren't looking too good right now...

There may well be something still in the foot (see my response on your other thread). I have a vet who is really good at finding and removing splinters with just a needle.

Wish you had someone like that nearby.
