I have to admit, I was extremely worried about her aspirating oil into her lungs, I was scared. I toyed with the idea of giving some infant gas drops, which I have given to rabbits in GI stasis but I didn't know if I could have so I didn't and went with the oil.

Do rabbits get stasis if they have enough fiber/roughage and water to keep everything moving? I have English Angora's and I give them Purina Advanced Show Nutrition, timothy hay and some banana's or papaya every day. I thought keeping the wool passing through the system was enough to prevent stasis???

They can yes. I only feed Blue Seal Show Hutch Deluxe with Sunshine Plus supplement, best hay I can buy free choice, two full bottles of water on each cage, and I give canned pumpkin and banana once a week (everyday is too much!). Occasionally I will mix some pineapple juice into their water bottle because none of my buns will touch pineapple.
Anyway, he still got stasis. I just went out to feed one morning and he was looking really depressed and didn't meet me at the front of the cage like normal. Then I noticed he was off his feed, as he hadn't touched it from the night before. Then I checked his drop pan and it was empty of droppings, which meant he hadn't pooped in over a day. He was in rough shape! He had NO gut sounds whatsoever either which was another big red flag.

So yes, even with proper care they can get stasis, and once they get stasis, wool block is usually on it's heels as the GI track is at a stand still.
