Making your own kombucha is easy! All you need is a 'mother'. All instructions will be included! I will have a new one ever 2 weeks! My Scoby came from a friend who has been making it for 7 years so its well established . Plz msg me with any questions.

sorry just saw your comment. It is basicly a health tonic. Its claimed to "detoxify the body and energize the mind". I have noticed an increase of energy with it as well as some signs of fybromialga are lessoning. I have been drinking it daily for about a month now.
