LA 200...second dose necessary?

So the instructions are to to give shot at 0.20 per pound on day one and same does again three days later.

Two days later chicken seems back to normal and responded well to first shot.

Do I still give the second shot ?

I show that you give a shot of Liquamycin LA-200 every day for 3 to 5 days.

You always want to finish the course of antibiotics even if they seem to get better so "what ever" bacteria doesn't build a resistance to it. If that same bacteria sprouts back up and make the chicken sick again, then the oxytetracycline may not work against it. This is true for humans too.
