I have a 9 yo hen with a cold. She has bubbles in her eyes and coughs. I gave her 1.5 cc LA200 on Monday and a second dose today. If she doesn't improve, should I start dose again? TY

Bubbles in the eyes sounds like Mycoplasma. Does she have other symptoms?
Have you flushed her eyes and apply an eye ointment?

My notes say dosage for Oxytetracycline (injectable 200 mg/mL) is 25-40mg/kg which is a range of 0.06ml to 0.10ml per pound of weight. It can cause injection site necrosis.
If she's had 2 doses, then I would not start another dose.

If no improvement and you suspect respiratory disease - you could try Tylosin which can be ordered online.
