Label for egg carton

That is toooo cute! One suggestion - get some Sticker paper (walmart or office supply stores carry it) print it on there and all you have to do is peel the back and stick it on your carton. It will be much faster, stays in place and can be smoothed to a "professional" appearance!

I did think of using sticker/label stock today as I was driving around town. I have some 8" X 10" label stock here someplace. I could probably get 4 to 6 lables on a sheet.

I wish I had a color laser printer. I would like to make the label waterproof. I have a spray that I use to make other projects waterproof, but, it has a tendency to make the paper a bit transparent. And I don't want the original type to come through my label.

I started using my own labels almost a year ago. They are catchy too with great graphics. I put my phone number on them and now I get so many calls for eggs I can't keep up.

Very cute! It would be time consuming but you could put contact paper over it to make it
more waterproof.

I've been making my labels to cover recycled cartons. It's fun and allows you to make changes when you want to instead of using up a stock of preprinted cartons w/old info.
