laced silkies

Hi everyone,

I was thinking about breeding a silver laced silkie. My breeding stock will be a silkie male with a silver laced wyndotte female. what colour silkie male should I try with first? and what male should I breed with 2nd gen.

How is this going, wondering if you have done any test hatches yet? I was thinking about the same thing for a color project. I have a black silkie with silver leakage and would put him over a silver laced wyndotte female. Just

My birds are still to young to bred and have to replace polish which died from a mysterious illness. They will be ready to bred by spring. Fingers crossed.

Is there any update to weather or not you did this project? I'd love too see a laced silkie.
