After doing a good check of the coop and run for anything such as mold or even dead mice or such I would keeop them penned for a few days. If it is Botulism and they were accessing something outside it should clear from their systems if not too far advanced. Which that leads me to another question, do they have access to a compost pile or piles of leaves gathered in the Fall?
