ladder/ramp to roost area question

Does this ladder/ramp look okay for standard chickens, to use?

Yes looks good.

I built a similar ladder to the roost area but the chickens didn't use it. They just flew up, so I took it out. You're roost area only seems to be about 3 feet from the floor. They can easily get up there without a ladder. So, I think you're good to go with it, or without it.
