Ladies First Chicken Door Issues/Support

Hello Everyone,
Please forgive me for my First Post being a help/complaint post, but I saw some Old Post pertaining to this particular door and I'm kind of desperate here, would be thankful for any help.

I purchased a Ladies First Door 7 months ago. This weekend after returning home from a Thanksgiving Camping trip, I find my Coop at 2:00 PM with the door shut, and two of my Hens dead from lack of water I guess. I will take partial responsibility for not having water inside coop, but up until now, everything worked fine.

Now, the Solar Panel won't charge the batteries,, and since that is where the Light sensor is, it's not opening the door. The Manual Override switch is not working either.

My MAIN issue now is, I cannot make contact with the owner to get get help.
The website has NO phone number, NO address, NO troubleshooting info, (not even on the instructions that came with the unit) and even though the site advertises a 1 yr warranty on parts & labor, there's NO instructions on how to follow up on doing so. All my Emails to the company have gone unanswered. Never seen a company, even a small one, run like this.

Attach an enclosed run to the coop, and leave the chicken door open. Worked perfectly for my flock!

My neighbor had one of those door openers, and had nothing but trouble. She gave me an e-mail address ... Idk if it'll help...

Emails to the company have gone unanswered.

But they've tried that route, unsuccessfully.

Sounds like you'll need another solution.

ETA: Not sure if you found this thread, I just did one quick search, where the owner has had some conversation way back when he started the endeavor.

Thank you, I wish I could send mine back, but there is NO address on anything that this Guy sends mails out or Post??
Now, [email protected] is coming back undeliverable.
It appears this Company/person has Ripped off a lot of people. I am trying to locate him (State/City so that I can get the BBB involved.
