as for the arms I do not excersise at all I just do a lot of gardening and building and carrying of ds I was bigger last year since I had 18 yards of dirt dumped in my driveway and have to move it all around the property with nothing but a wheel barrel. Actually it was a real pain as that summer my arms did not fit into any of my sleeves! Also people were saying it looked gross.

This year I did not do as much work, probably will be a big mistake if I do infact get to go on the last fishing trip of the season and actually land a sword or tuna!

DH has spent 4-5 months each of the last 5 years in Plant City, FL. I finally got to visit last summer ... love the sunshine down there!

He hadn't ever been, so I made him take me to the beach.
