Anyone overweight will realize what a big deal it is to post a picture of yourself eating something other than veggies. I love being in my late-ish 30's and having a fantastic family and living a full life that I love. I certainly fuss about my appearance a lot less and smile a lot more.

I'm the one on the left, and yes, the ice cream was AMAZING! In the mission district in San Francisco...

Now that's what I'm talkin' about!! Yaay Ice Cream!

I remember when it used to be "ROCK AND ROLL" now days its more like "ROCKY ROAD" (ice cream of course)
I used to once upon a time be 128 lbs a car wreck cured that
I dont care how heavy I am ,I am still walking and basically healthy. weight will go away some day if it does I might not miss it then again I might.
