I can't get a rabbit shipped so how did they get 2 adult turkeys shipped?

You can get adult poultry shipped, but it is expensive. They just have to be in an approved shipping container.

law is all poultry shipped is prepaid, post office cannot hold live anmials for more than 24, during that 24 hrs they call 4 times, she said it happens all the time,this is not a farm. people don't even leave good numbers, those two royal palm toms just one box before shipping 29.95 has a hepa filter in the lid! shiping was 178 dollars if under 70 lbs, one tom went right in with royal palm hens , other went down with a black and chocolate jakes little fighting not bad ! eggs are in,lost 3 bb white poults, 2 more look week! 24 left turkey boy!!!!!!

Not trying to criticize, but you put the toms right in with your flock? No quarantine? Just seems a bit risky... Hope it all works out! What are you going to do with that many BBW poults? Do you have a market or going to fill the freezer?
