Lahore and strasser pigeons

I know there's some older posts about Lahore pigeons, but I'm trying to look for some. I live in Western Washington and also wondering if stresses would get a long fine? I'm currently getting some sattinettes as well. Does anyone know if their compatible with each other? Or any other sociable tamed breeds as well? I hear a lot about Kings, and Mandinas, but seems as though there's a lot of mixed feelings with them?

Fantails, Oriental Frills, and Lucernes are also supposed to be among the tamest breeds.

Do any of them require large upkeep? Fantails I've read where they require a large amount of upkeep to keep their feathers looking neat? I don't mind having a dry place, as they would have a large aviary type setting with a loft portion as well.

I don't know about their upkeep, I just hear Fantails mentioned often as having gentle temperaments.

Classic Oriental Frills are the breed I've been looking to get soon, and they're supposed to be friendly and easy to keep. The 'Modern' Oriental Frills, however, need surrogates to raise their young (since they have barely any beak).
