So I leave my Lakenvelders alone for a week and this is what they have to show for!
I had to throw them out and let them free range AND THEY LOVE IT! So free-ranging they stay...

I found a nest of eggs that were NOT there 4 days ago?!
So they range anywhere between Sunday and Thursday.
Then I found another nest of 4 eggs that were NOT there 5-6 days ago!
I'm at 20 eggs right now! Should have more tomorrow to make at least two dozen (if not more

)!

Of course, they could decide they want to lay somewhere else, now that I've stolen their eggs!! LOL
I've had pretty good hatch rates with them!

I'm pretty sure they're pure, but please expect a small percentage to be mixed (I saw my BLRW rooster on a gal! But the Lakenvelder rooster came to the rescue and kamikaze his butt off her... but who knows?!)

$5 a dozen!

$15 shipping! I can ship up to 3 dozen, but only prefer to ship out 2 1/2 dozen!

Let me know if you're interested!
These suckers need to be gone by Wednesday or hatch rate could go down a lot! (Eh, I still get a good hatch rate lol)
I still get good hatch rates (at least 70% in my bator, 90+% underneath my hens' behinds LOL).

Just need to find homes for these guys; my bator will be fired up TOMORROW

so grab these before I use 'em!

I just had to tell you, the two little Lakenvelder chicks we hatched from your eggs are precious! They are 4 weeks old now and we're fairly positive that we have a pair. My daughter named them Montgomery(Monty for short), and Eliza. Monty likes to come sit with me in the living room. He has become king of the recliner, lol, and Eliza likes to visit the newly hatched babies. In fact, she won't leave their brooder. She heard them, jumped out of her own brooder and made her over to and then INTO the one that the brand new babies are in, and jumped in. She apparently owns the place now, lol. You should see her sitting there with 2 little d'Uccle chicks, a bantam Cochin chick, and 2 Marans mixed chicks all piled around and under her, like she's their mom. It's too cute! I'm glad we got them from you.
